Really good Food, Friendly Staff, and Cozy Rooms!

I found top-class rooms here (the Double Room was amazing!). I saw a large communal area with sofas, books, a TV, games, a dining room, and a kitchen I could use. The pub next door, built by Joe (the owner!), offered excellent food and breakfast. The staff was polite and friendly.
I noticed the tea-making facilities downstairs were somewhat understocked. I feel there were never enough cups and saucers for everyone.

The breakfast included locally sourced products. Every bite was bursting with flavor. I enjoyed the excellent food options in the pub next door and I could see many people visiting it, that makes me happy.

The hotel is in a great location for exploring the surrounding areas by car. I drove to the center which took 5 minutes. I spotted a lovely pub beside the hotel, great in case you want a drink.

I saw on site facilities, like a big communal area with sofas, books, a TV, games, a dining room, and a kitchen available for use. The rooms included all the facilities I could wish for, very well designed.

the staff seemed eager to please, alright.
The shower lacked a curtain. This meant water went all over. the lighting was not great. The spotlights were positioned right above the pillows, like some interrogation. plus, there was hardly any space to hang clothes.

Breakfast WAS delicious, and the evening meals were superb too! The staff members were SO friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed.
I found that the bar closed quite early at 10 pm. it would have been nice to have it open a little later.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant provided good food at a very good price. There was free parking on site. They kindly accommodated me arriving early to check in.
The bedroom was small. There was no long hanging space. There was no space to leave a suitcase open other than on the bed.

the breakfast was excellent with locally sourced products. the room was well equipped with all facilities onsite. the staff were pleasant and helpful, i liked that.
the shower worked for short bursts, then i had to wait. the shower was not deep, this made the toilet rolls got wet. this was not practical.
